Meghan and Harry ‘crossed a line’ with public Archie videos – no going back for Sussexes

Meghan Markle and Harry ‘crossed a line’ with Archie says expert

Meghan Markle, 39, and Prince Harry, 36, launched their Spotify podcast named Archewell audio over Christmas. Towards the end of the episode, the pair’s son Archie can be heard speaking publicly for the first time. Royal expert Russell Myers has claimed the Duke and Duchess of Sussex “crossed a line” by including Archie.

Speaking on True Royalty TV, Mr Myers said: “It’s entirely their decision how they choose to bring up their child or children.

“They moved for the reasons they’ve given – to give them some privacy.

“But if you are entering a commercial world and in your first venture, you use your child or place your child in that arena that’s all people are going to be talking about.

“That’s all we’ve been talking about and then you’ve crossed a line.”

charitable thing.

“What a surprise that more family silver is out for sale – let’s use Archie as clickbait.

“Maybe Harry is going to be the ‘Billion heir royal’.”

The royal couple have also signed a Netflix deal which could see them up to $250million (£190million) under their agreement.

Royal expert Richard Fitzwilliams has claimed the royal couple can ask for large sums of money for their work.

Speaking to Express.co.uk, Mr Fitzwilliams said: “I think they’re aiming for a profile in the United States.

“There’s no doubt whatsoever that the deal with Netflix with heighten their profile because they will be making various programmes or they will be involved with various programmes.

“I expect ones messages linked to the charities and issues they support.

“I also think as public figures, when they’re able to do that, they will command a very substantial fee and also what they say will be listened to.
