The Duke and Duchess of Sussex posted a new message on their charity website, calling for followers to share their stories.

On their official website, Meghan and Harry said they believed “compassion can unleash incredible change across the world”.

They added: “Our mission at Archewell is to drive systemic, cultural change — one act of compassion at a time.

“We believe that compassion is at the core of all culture and connection in this world.

“Each time someone conducts an act of compassion — whether it’s mentoring a young woman or holding space for someone having a difficult day — our world becomes a better place.

“Compassion is at the core of everything we do. We hope you’ll join us in building a better world, one act of compassion at a time.”

Fans of the Sussex royals and followers of Archewell can share an act of compassion they’ve done, or someone has done for them, alongside their details, for a chance to be featured on the website.

Archewell’s website says Meghan and Harry have made compassion the centre of their work for years.

The organisations official description reads: “At Archewell, we unleash the power of compassion to drive systemic cultural change.”

The Duchess’ bio in her book ‘The Bench’ also includes the line: “Through the nonprofit work of the Archewell Foundation, she and her husband are committed to activating compassion in communities across the world.”

At the Diana Awards in June, Harry commended young winners for “inspiring us with your brilliance, your determination, and your compassion.”

It comes after Harry returned from London after unveiling a statue of Princess Diana alongside his brother Prince William.

A source close to the royals said the brothers have “turned a new page” in their relationship after unveiling Diana’s statue in Kensington Palace.

They told Us Weekly: “William and Harry spent the morning before the statue unveiling looking through old keepsakes, notes from Diana, and bonding.

“They have absolutely turned a new page in their relationship and have started the healing.

“Everyone around them was thrilled to see how close they were on the day of the statue unveiling.”
