Long before she became the Duchess of Sussex, Meghan was in a relationship with Mr Engelson, a Hollywood producer. The couple first met in 2004 and tied the knot in 2011.
After just two years, they separated in the summer of 2013 and divorced in 2014, with papers citing “irreconcilable differences.”
Engelson, 44, has been married to Tracey Kurland, a nutritionist and daughter of a multi-millionaire since 2019.
They welcomed a first daughter named Ford Grace Engelson in 2020 and are now the happy parents of another daughter called Sienna Lee.
“World, meet baby girl Sienna Lee Engelson… my wife is a gangster!” Mr Engelson wrote on his private Instagram account.
“I don’t know what I did right, but I’m the luckiest guy I know.”
The exact birth date of Trevor’s Sierra is unconfirmed, though Trevor was seen carrying the little girl in a black car seat in Los Angeles on Thursday.
According to the 2018 book “Meghan: A Hollywood Princess”, things did not end well between Meghan and Trevor.
Royal biographer Andrew Morton wrote that he was so taken aback that, even five years later, he could “barely contain his anger.”
One friend told Mr Morton that Trevor went from cherishing Meghan to “feeling like he was a piece of something stuck to the bottom of her shoe.”
A wealthy entrepreneur friend claimed Meghan actually sent her diamond wedding and engagement rings back to Trevor in the post.
Another of Meghan’s friends, actor Abby Wathan, who starred with Meghan in the low-budget film Random Encounters in her pre-Suits days, felt differently about Meghan’s break-up.
She said: “We both went through a divorce so we bonded over that too.
