London Underground rush-hour chaos with three Tube lines suspended

There are severe delays on the London Underground this morning with three lines being part suspended.

The Circle, District, Hammersmith and City and Tram lines are all part suspended with some experiencing severe delays.

There are no services between Edgware Road and Aldgate via Embankment on the Circle line due to a signal failure at Whitechapel.

This has also stopped services between Tower Hill and West Ham on the District Line.

The Hammersmith and City line is also experiencing delays, with journeys between Liverpool Street and Barking suspended.

There are severe delays across the rest of the line.

London Tramlink is also part suspended between Sandilands and New Addington and between Arena and Elmers End due to a shortage of trams.
