Leicester TO STAY in lockdown: Hancock confirms local restrictions after coronavirus SPIKE

The Health Secretary told the House of Commons that Leicester would be placed into a local lockdown following an increasing number of coronavirus cases in the city. Earlier today Prime Minister Boris Johnson admitted he was “concerned” by the rising figures in the East Midlands city. Leicester has recorded 866 new cases of coronavirus in the last two weeks.
