King Charles is hosting his first garden party at Buckingham Palace as monarch today. The King is joined by Queen Camilla, the Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh and the Duke and Duchess of Gloucester. He has filmed overlooking Buckingham Palace’s beautiful sunlit garden.

Facing the royals during the video are several beefeaters, standing guard, as well as an 8,000-person crowd of royal fans.

It comes after the Coronation overnight rehearsals which lit up London. The royals have also attended a coronation rehearsal at Westminster Abbey today.

King Charles and Queen Camilla have also been seen meeting members of the excited crowd.

The Queen Consort is wearing a Bruce Oldfield dress with a Philip Treacy hat.
