Kate Middleton gets interrupted by cute kid in adorable moment

Princess Kate has been dubbed a “born teacher” as she is seen interacting with children at the Chelsea Flower Show in London. The Princess of Wales has made her interest in childhood development known in launching a number of important projects – including the Big 5 Questions survey and Shaping Us. The Shaping Us campaign is aimed at spotlighting the importance of early childhood development.

Kate, 41, was seen taking part in a number of engagements in the last week as she made a surprise visit to the Chelsea Flower Show on Monday for a children’s picnic with local primary school pupils.

Kate took part in an insect hunt and helped to plan a homegrown meal.

She also discussed how gardens and spending time outdoors supports our mental wellbeing.

Speaking to OK!, Jennie Bond who used to host the annual show called Kate a “born teacher”.

She added: “It ties in perfectly with Kate’s early learning campaign. When you saw the children’s interviews on TV, they all focused on what she’d told them about bugs, nature, and the value of gardens.

“I think Kate’s a born teacher. It’s much more fun to teach children about the world than to just play games.

“Giving a place to children at Chelsea and encouraging this love of nature and gardening is just fantastic.”

The children at the event also got a chance to quiz the Princess about her role in the Royal Family.

The royal, whose family consists of Prince George, nine, Princess Charlotte, eight, and Prince Louis, five, along with husband Prince William, felt more children should be involved in the Chelsea Flower Show.

The pupils were from 10 schools participating in the Royal Horticultural Society’s (RHS) campaign for school gardening, and were invited to an outdoor lunch ahead of the launch of the organisation’s world-famous annual event in London.

Kate wore a recycled ME+EM shirt dress for the occasion.
