Kate Middleton ‘has become enormously confident' says expert

Royal expert Richard Fitzwilliams argued it has been a joy to watch Kate grow more confident in the Royal Family. During an interview with Express.co.uk, he insisted that both Kate and Prince William had been perfect in their working royal roles. He praised the pair for their unwavering dedication to the Queen and the causes they rallied to.

Mr Fitzwilliams said: “I think Kate and William have displayed perfection in their roles.

“Remember they have gradually increased royal duties.

“The younger members of the Royal Family and the Sussexes are no longer working royals.

“But what we were seeing was that they were choosing fewer patronages but they were doing more for the ones that they chose.

“We have seen with William and Kate that they haven’t put a foot wrong.

“Secondly, they have shown devotion to duty and have been unquestionably following in the footsteps of the Queen and the Prince of Wales.”

The royal expert added both had proven themselves to be perfect for their roles in the Royal Family.

He continued: “There is absolutely no doubt that Kate has become enormously confident.

“She wasn’t initially and it has been a joy to watch.

“Also been a joy to watch her focus on issues dealing with children, especially young children and showing an interest in photography.”

Mr Fitzwilliams also praised William and Kate for championing specific causes as working royals.

He said: “There is no doubt that they have taken up certain issues.

“William for example has focussed on mental health, the Earth shot prize for the environment.

“The fact of the matter is I think they have been instrumental in supporting the Queen and giving an enormous amount of encouragement to those who have done so much, especially in the NHS.

“Instrumental in encouragement for suffers during the pandemic and those involved in vaccination.”
