President Joe Biden on Thursday said he believes Russia will launch an invasion into Ukraine within the next ‘several days.’

Speaking to reporters outside the White House, Biden said the US saw no signs of Russia removing forces along its border with Ukraine. He added that the US has ‘reason to believe’ that Russia is ‘engaged in a false flag operation to have an excuse to go in.’

Biden added: ‘Every indication we have is they’re prepared to go into Ukraine, attack Ukraine.’
