Jessica Mulroney was the unofficial royal wedding planner for Meghan Markle and even helped to find her dress ahead of the royal wedding in 2018. Recently, her friend appears to have fallen by the wayside amid claims she used the royal’s connection to advance her career and cited her in a row over racism. Unearthed accounts reveal one potential incident where tensions could have risen, when Jessica altered the description of an Instagram post, which referenced her friend’s nuptials with Prince Harry. 

Ms Mulroney was tipped to be the maid of honour at US ‘Suits’ actress and Harry’s wedding in 2018 until the bride announced she couldn’t choose between her closest friends and wouldn’t have one.

Instead, her twins John and Brian served as page boys and their sister Ivy was a flower girl – on the big day they became mini-stars in their own right. 

The boys were photographed with cheeky gap-toothed grins as they held-up Meghan’s 16-foot-long bridal veil as she climbed the stairs of St George’s Cathedral, in London. 

But Brian was claimed to have stolen the show during that historic moment when he unintentionally photobombed the future royal as she walked down the aisle. 

He pulled an amusing facial expression where his mouth was wide open and he appeared to laugh as the bride walked to meet Queen Elizabeth II’s grandson.

The shot was dubbed “photobomb of the royal wedding” by some and later that year his mother Jessica made a comment about that look on an August 18 Instagram post.

In an invite for fans to complete her sentence, the Canadian fashion stylist initially wrote: “That face Brian is making reminds me…”

The photograph showed Jessica and her three children in white clothing – herself in a jumpsuit, her sons with buttoned-shirts and daughter in a dress. 

Instagram users commented “gosh that same mouth again”, “cheeky boy” and “classic Brian”; others described it as their “favourite” and “best moment of the wedding”.

One comment read: “Yes, that face reminded me too as soon as I swiped up and saw it! Lol! I think everyone can now relate to it, as his cute face is now in history books! Lol! So adorable!”

Another added: “I get a kick out of those twins.. best facial expressions.”

But according to US Weekly, it wasn’t long before Jessica tweaked her remark to: “Another day, another jumpsuit. That Brian face though.”

While some dismissed the post alteration, others speculated it was an attempt to appease Meghan’s demand for privacy.

She could have covered-up her previous description on the photo to avoid added attention to TV star or the royal family – a problem she has complained about in recent years.

Meghan and Jessica met in Toronto, Canada, when she filmed ‘Suits’ and was believed to have invited her and Prince Harry over for dinner during their early dating life. 

After the birth of their son, full name Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor, last year they chose not to reveal who was his godparents – but among a speculated shortlist of names was Jessica.
