Royal expert Jennie Bond reflected on the bombshell confessions from Prince Harry and Meghan Markle as members of the Royal Family. While speaking on Sky News, Ms Bond noted she was left questioning the couple’s claims the Royal Family did not adequately support their mental health needs. Ms Bond said: “I don’t understand that, she had had mental health problems as did Prince Harry.

“Which is terrible and must be taken seriously, but Harry knew where to get help.

“Prince Harry has told us he has had a lot of therapy and a lot of help, they have both spearheaded mental health campaigns.

“They have the contacts, they have the know-how.

“I’m not criticising, I just don’t understand why she apparently went to the head of Human Resources in the Palace for help.

“It doesn’t entirely add up.”

Oprah With Meghan and Harry is on ITV at 9pm on Monday March 8. You can watch the full interview afterwards on the ITV hub
