A 92-year-old grandmother has left social media shocked with her youthful appearance with many praising her for looking so young. Joan Woodhouse, who moved from the UK to Mar Menor, Spain, often flaunts her incredible appearance by wearing short summer dresses and bikinis in the sunshine and is known as @joansumner1930 on TikTok.

In a resurfaced clip, one of Joan’s 18 grandchildren sat down with her in a TikTok video to explain how she has managed to look so fresh faced.

The mother-of-eight children, who was born in 1930, revealed she bought Nivea cream from Boots when she was 16 and has been using it ever since.

‌Her video, which has 1.7 million views, was captioned: “Update on grandma Joan #nivea #grandma”.

‌The clip started with Joan’s granddaughter saying: “Grandma, no one believes you’re 92. Can you tell us a bit about yourself?

“I was born on the 6th of September in 1930,’ Joan told viewers.

‌She said: “I remember the war starting, I think I was about 16 when it finished.”

‌Her granddaughter then asked: “Well everyone thinks you look great and they are wondering what skincare you use.”

‌She replied: “After the war, when I was about 16, Nivea cream had just come out and my friend just came to the house and she said, “This cream has just come out. Try it, it’s brilliant.

“So I’ve used Nivea cream for years and years and years. Now everyone I know uses Nivea cream, too.”

‌Many were astonished after finding out Joan’s age with some joking that sales of Nivea will skyrocket

‌One person wrote: “Really unbelievable! My Mom is 91. You look soooooo much younger!”

‌Another said: “Wow you look amazing! Nivea are going to use you as there poster girl!”
