Sky News Australia host Andrew Bolt insisted that Meghan Markle and Prince Harry were not showing much compassion for the Royal Family. Speaking on his show, Mr Bolt referenced the Sussexes charity, Archewell, which calls for “compassion in action”. However, Mr Bolt insisted the pair had trashed their families and more recently “betrayed” Prince Charles.

This is in reference to TV presenter Gayle King revealing that Prince Harry had spoken to Prince William and Charles since their interview.

The call was dubbed unproductive and has sparked further questions regarding the Sussexes and their future relationship with the Royal Family.

Mr Bolt said: “How low can those runaway royals go?

“A new low yesterday, such an insight into the values of the woke generation.

“Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, here they were betraying a private phone call from Harry’s father, Prince Charles.

“It seems to me, using it to bash him.

“Here is the background, Harry and his wife Meghan have fled the UK to make big money in America and run a charity.

“A charity that claims to be about compassion in action, that is its slogan.”

The Sky News presenter continued: “I am not seeing a lot of compassion in action for Meghan Markle’s father or sister for instance as they have been cut off.

“Nor do I see much compassion in action for Prince Harry’s father or brother or the rest of the Royal Family.

“In fact, last week Harry and Meghan trashed them in their interview with Oprah Winfrey.

“Harry said his father had let him down and wasn’t compassionate enough.”

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s interview saw the two royals reveal considerable private matters with Oprah Winfrey.

The pair accused the Royal Family of not doing enough to support the Sussexes, emotionally or adequately deal with race issues.

However, both Meghan and Harry have faced significant criticism for having a public row with the Royal Family.
