Harry said he was ‘fed’ up after mystery meeting before Coronation
King Charles Coronation: Prince Harry speaks to Jack Brooksbank
Prince Harry was caught saying he was “fed up” during the Coronation after a mystery “meeting”, it has been claimed. An expert spotted the moment the Duke of Sussex was chatting to Princess Eugenie’s husband, Jacks Brooksbank when he appeared to voice his true feelings. A lip reading expert picked up Mr Brooksbank asking Harry: “The meeting?”.
Speaking to the Daily Star, the expert said Harry replied saying: “It’s sad. I’m fed up, I’ve tried talking to him.”
Picking up a conversation later the pair appeared to speak about Meghan Markle, who remained in the US with the couple’s children, Archie and Lilibet.
Responding to a question from Mr Brooksbank Harry said: “No, she’s at…”
Jack said: “And is she?”
Harry then nodded adding: “It’s not ideal.”
The conversation continued with Mr Brooksbank adding: “If it makes [you] feel any better even I can do it. It’s not quite the life, is it?”
Harry shook his head and replied: “I haven’t had time for that, not if it’s over…”
The prince then dropped a cryptic comment, saying: “It’s an eventuality.”
It is not clear what meeting Harry was referring to in the conversation, or if he met his father, the King ahead of the ceremony on Saturday.
The Coronation marked the first time Harry had been seen with the Royal Family since the release of his controversial memoir Sapre, in which he took several swipes at Charles and his brother, Prince Wiliam.
Prince William and Harry were sitting far apart with Harry placed on the third row as a non-working royal meaning the brothers had zero contact during the ceremony.
Meanwhile, William played a poignant role in the ceremony and sat alongside the Princess of Wales and their children Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.
Prince George sat with the King as one of the eight Pages of Honour tasked with carrying the Coronation robes.
Harry’s trip to the UK was a short one as the Prince dashed back to the US to be with his family the celebrate his son’s fourth birthday.
Following the ceremony he was spotted leaving alone while the rest of the Royal Family returned to Buckingham Palace for an appearance on the balcony.
Instead, he got on a British Airways flight back to California where he arrived at around 7.30 pm (3.30am BST).
King Charles and Queen Camilla were instead accompanied on the balcony by senior members of the Firm – including Princess Anne, the Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh, and the Prince and Princess of Wales.
The royals were also joined by Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis, as well as the eight pages of honour, including Prince George.

Despite the 5,000-mile trip, Harry will have also missed out on the official Coronation portraits and the family lunch.
He will also be absent from the Coronation Concert taking place at Windsor Castle on Sunday night, expected to be attended by most senior royals.
Pop stars including Katy Perry, Take That and Lionel Richie will all take to the stage for the occasion.
