Prince Harry has lost his position as the “nation’s sweetheart” as GB News host Patrick Christys reveals he is currently polling “lower than Jeremy Corbyn on election day”. The commentator criticised the Duke of Sussex for complaining about his financial situation and preaching about privilege, branding him “pathetic”.

Mr Christys told GB News: “It’s sad to see how far Harry has sunk, he was once the nation’s sweetheart.

“He had an approval rating close to 100% but now he’s polling lower than Jeremy Corbyn on election day.

“What gets me about Harry and Meghan is the total lack of self-awareness.

“Earlier this week it emerged that Harry took a private jet home from a polo match, so please lecture me more about privilege and environmentalism.

“People don’t like hypocrisy, people don’t like people who whinge all the time.”

He continued: “When Harry bemoaned the fact that his dad cut him off on international television, I felt a bit sorry for him.

“Not because he’d actually been cut off, but because I realised that this 36-year-old Eton-educated multi-millionaire had no idea how pathetic he sounded.

“He was a millionaire when he was in the womb for goodness sake. Most people aren’t living off daddy at the age of 36 Harry.”

According to YouGov, Prince Harry is currently ranked the 14th most popular member of the Royal Family, with an approval rating of only 31 percent.

He recently came under criticism for boarding a £45million private jet to fly 2-hours to Aspen, Colorado, where he participated in a charity polo match.

This was despite his and Meghan’s organisation Archewell launching projects to combat climate change and global warming.

Meghan and Harry had also received an award from the charity Population Matters, for their decision to only have two children.

The Gulfstream jet that Prince Harry boarded would have emitted ten tonnes more CO2 than a regular commercial flight.

Prince Harry’s decline in popularity has occurred since he and Meghan decided to leave the Royal Family, and has escalated since their tell-all interview with Oprah Winfrey.

In March, the couple sat down with the US chat show host and discussed their ongoing rift with Buckingham Palace, claiming that the Royal Family had ignored their mental health, denied their son a title and that one member had made a racist remark.

At the time of the interview, his grandfather Prince Philip was seriously unwell in hospital, and later died on April 9.

Since then, Prince Harry has launched further attacks against the Royal Family, telling the Apple TV+ series ‘The Me You Can’t See’ of the “genetic pain and suffering” that existed within the monarchy.

His comments reportedly ‘deeply upset’ the Queen and brought further scrutiny upon Buckingham Palace.
