Harry greets Queen ALONE on her birthday as Meghan Markle stays home ahead of baby’s birth
Queen Elizabeth II was welcomed by 16 members of the Royal Family, including Prince Harry, Prince William and Kate, Duchess of Cambridge, as she arrived at the chapel on the grounds of Windsor Castle for the Easter Service. But among the noticeable absentees there was Meghan, whose firstborn is due any day now.
The Daily Express royal correspondent, Richard Palmer, wrote on Twitter: “William, Kate and Harry are among 16 members of the Royal Family at St George’s Chapel for Easter Sunday Mattins on the Queen’s 93rd birthday today.”
Other royals attending the ceremony included the Princess Royal, Princess Anne, Zara Tindall and her husband Mike, Autumn Phillips and Peter Phillips.
For the occasion, the Queen donned a pale-blue coat embroidered with golden decorations, a matching hat, her signature pearl earrings and a red lipstick, which matched with the flowers decorating her hat.
