A grinning Prince Andrew has been pictured driving to Windsor Castle this morning following reports that he is “refusing” to move out of Royal Lodge, his 30-bedroom home on the Windsor estate. King Charles’s brother is understood to have been asked to vacate the premises but is refusing to do so, despite no longer having the funds to maintain it. The monarch reduced the Duke’s Annual £249,000 allowance earlier this year, effectively making it impossible for him to maintain the £30million mansion.
