Fears grow for girl, 16, who vanished six days ago during lockdown
Police are growing ‘increasingly concerned’ for the welfare of a teenage girl who has been missing for six days.
Sophie Walton, 16, was last seen last on the afternoon of Wednesday, April 8 in her home village of Pilsley, Derbyshire.
Officers have received reports that someone matching her description has been seen in the Whittington Moor and New Whittington areas of Chesterfield in recent days.
Sophie is white, slim, 5ft 6ins tall and has long black hair.
She was last seen wearing a white coat, black trousers and white trainers.
Anyone who has seen the teenager during their daily exercise is asked to get in contact.
