The European Union is expected to lift an article of the Brexit protocol which would stop the flow of vaccines through Northern Ireland to the rest of the UK.

Boris Johnson expressed his ‘grave concerns’ about the EU’s move today, as tensions mount of the supply of jabs on the continent.

After facing a great deal of backlash, it is understood that the bloc is going to withdraw Article 16 of the Northern Ireland Protocol hours after invoking it, Sky News reports.
