Tom Bower told ITV’s Good Morning Britain that Meghan Markle will need to distance herself from the Royal Family following her explosive interview with Oprah Winfrey. The biographer added that Meghan Markle will need to drop the Duchess of Sussex title as it does not sit well with US voters.
Mr Bower said: “All she has got to do really, in the end, is distance herself from the Royal Family even more and drop the title of Duchess.
“It does not sit well with American voters.”
He added: “I think that she is a woman that is very much looking for a role within the world.
“Not just endorsing coffees but also changing the world.
“She is well placed now with the Oprah Winfrey interview.”
