It is alleged Matthew Shaw, 37, filmed minors in changing rooms at a swimming pool. He was also charged on Saturday with engaging in sexual communication with a child and possession of indecent images of children.
Shaw, from Mansfield Woodhouse, Nottinghamshire, has been suspended as a police and community support officer with Derbyshire Police.
Detective Inspector Gemma Scott said: “A significant amount of work has gone into this large-scale investigation.
“We are dedicated to supporting victims of these types of offences.
“We are also working closely with the venues where we believe this filming took place.”
Shaw has been remanded into custody and will appear at Nottingham Crown Court on October 7.
