A father has been charged with the murder of his three-month-old baby daughter. Samuel Warnock, formerly of Devizes, Wiltshire, is accused of killing little Miyah Warnock in 2021. Officers in Wiltshire were called to an address after medical concerns for Miyah, on September 20, 2021. The child was rushed to Bristol Children’s Hospital but tragically died on October 19.

Police arrested 28-year-old Samuel Warnock yesterday (Weds) and charged him with murder today, the Mirror reports.

A spokeswoman for Wiltshire Police said on Thursday: “Samuel Warnock has been remanded in custody after appearing before Salisbury Magistrates’ Court via video link.

“He is due to appear before Winchester Crown Court tomorrow.”
