Lady Kitty Spencer, who is the daughter of Diana’s brother Charles Spencer, got married to billionaire fashion businessman Martin Lewis, 62, in Italy last weekend. She stunned while wearing a lace bridal gown that was created exclusively by Dolce and Gabbana. It featured white lace, puff shoulders with a full skirt and floor-length veil, and she also wore her hair slicked back.
But an unnamed friend took a shot at Meghan after seeing the dress, according to MailOnline.
They reportedly said: “She made Meghan look like a Primark bride.”
Other social media users were quick to compare the dress to Meghan’s long-sleeved gown that she wore for her wedding to Prince Harry at St George’s Castle at Windsor Castle in 2018.
One wrote: “Wow! Compare this to what Meghan wore.”
Another added: “The difference between class, nobility and common Meghan is clear! No words needed.”
Kensington Palace revealed that “acclaimed British designer” Clare Waight Keller designed Meghan’s dress on the day of her wedding.
They wrote on Twitter: “Ms Meghan Markle’s wedding dress has been designed by the acclaimed British designer, Clare Waight Keller.
“Ms Waight Keller last year became the first female Artistic Director at the historic French fashion house Givenchy.
“Ms Markle expressed the wish of having all 53 countries of the Commonwealth with her on her journey through the ceremony.
“Ms Waight Keller designed a veil representing the distinctive flora of each Commonwealth country united in one spectacular floral composition.
“The veil is held in place by Queen Mary’s diamond bandeau tiara, lent to Ms Markle by The Queen.
“The diamond bandeau is English and was made in 1932, with the entre brooch dating from 1893.”

Meanwhile, Lady Kitty, who is the cousin of Princes William and Harry, kicked off her nuptials with a trip to Florence with a group of her close friends a few days before, where she shared a number of photos on her Instagram.
She was also pictured wearing a Dolce & Gabbana leopard print dress in the pictures ahead of her wedding to Mr Lewis, whom she has been in a relationship with for two years.
She reportedly walked down the aisle with her brothers Louis Spencer, Viscount Althorp, and Samuel Aitken.
Celebrities including Pixie Lott, Idris Elba, Viscountess Emma Weymouth and Made In Chelsea’s Mark Francis Vandelli are also said to have attended the star-studded wedding.
Mr Vandelli showed off the silver suit and white bow-tie he wore for the wedding on Instagram.
He added the caption “I’m coming for you Kitty Spencer” and heart emojis in the colours of the Italian flag.
Dolce and Gabbana shared their joy at seeing Lady Kitty in one of their dresses.
The brand wrote on Instagram: “@kitty.spencer chose to wear Dolce&Gabbana on the most important day of her life.
“For this unique event,#DolceGabbana created a number of exclusive hand-made gowns, each celebrating the beauty of the bride, the passion for#AltaModa and the absolute joy of the occasion.”
Later in the evening, she also changed into a baby blue tulle gown with embroidered pink flowers all over it from the same designer.
Meghan and Harry did not attend the wedding, most likely as they are busy with their two young children, Archie and Lilibet, over in their home in California.
However, Lady Kitty attended their wedding at St George’s Chapel, alongside her siblings, Eliza and Louis, and their mother Victoria Aitken, where she also wore a stunning hand-painted green Dolce & Gabbana dress.
