The Duchess of Cornwall happens to live in Clarence House with not only Prince Charles but also Bluebell and Beth. The pair of Jack Russell Terriers were rescued by Battersea Dogs and Cats Home before being adopted by the royals.
Camilla has even become a patron of the charity that has rehomed more than 3 million animals since 1860.
On Friday, the Prince of Wales and his wife shared several pictures of their dogs on Instagram both wearing a blue bandana.
As explained by the caption, the two royal dogs were “proud to show off their Wear Blue for Rescue bandanas as they support Battersea’s new campaign.”
The charity aims to “celebrate all the wonderful pets that just need a second chance” with this nationwide “Wear Blue for Rescue” project.
Royals fans from all over the world had the word “cute” in mind to describe Bluebell and Beth as they commented on Twitter and Instagram.
The Duchess was also praised for her charitable work.
“Aw that’s lovely, Camilla is a delight,” tweeted @star_girl1976.
On Instagram, @terryboczar said “Thank you for saving lives and supporting those who have no voice,” while @thefarmersdaughterusa thanked Camilla for “adopting, not shopping.”
