The incident, which is not being treated as terrorism related, saw police called at 11.15pm to Lombard Road. A total of three people have been arrested for attempted murder. Police were called following reports of a fight and another four people have been arrested for affray.

Whilst six people have minor injuries, one man is believed to have broken his leg and been taken to hospital.

Police confirmed officers attended alongside the London Ambulance Service.

It is believed the group were driven at after leaving a nearby hotel.

A crime scene has been established while police make enquiries.

Twitter users reported a large police presence in the area.

Videos taken from the scene showed several police vehicles on Lombard Road.

Other users posted to mention the large numbers, with one tweeting: “Police everywhere!”

Another user commented to say she had “never seen so many police in the same place”.
