Boy, 12, stabbed in east London with two arrested
A boy believed to be 12 years old has been stabbed in east London tonight.
The child was found with a stab wound on Brooks Road in Plaistow around 8.17pm.
He was given treatment at the scene and the extent of his injuries is currently unknown.
A statement from the Metropolitan Police said officers ‘await an assessment of his condition’.
One male has been arrested on suspicion of GBH. Another male has been arrested on suspicion of affray.
The force did not reveal their ages.
A spokesperson for the Met said: ‘Enquiries into the circumstances are ongoing. Crime scenes are in place.’
