A body was pulled from river in Brooklyn, blocks away from a nightclub where a senior Wall Street banker vanished over the weekend.

John Castic, a 27-year-old senior analyst at Goldman Sachs, has been missing since Saturday night. He was last seen leaving a Zeds Dead concert at the Brooklyn Mirage.

On Tuesday, a body was discovered in the Newtown Creek, just half a mile from the East Williamsburg venue.

The body was discovered around 11.00am on Tuesday. It was found lying face-down in the creek’s English Kill tributary.

The New York Police Department confirmed a body of an unidentified male was recovered on Tuesday. It has not yet been identified.
