TalkRADIO presenter Mr O’Sullivan was engaged in a heated argument with fellow presenter JJ Anisiobi over their contrasting views on Tony Blair and Boris Johnson.
Mr Anisiobi labelled Mr Blair the “greatest” British Prime Minister in history, saying that the country would be in a much better place in areas such as education if he was still around.
But Mr O’Sullivan tore into Mr Anisiobi, insisting he was idealising the former Labour party leader, arguing he got big calls wrong during his 10-year stint
Mr O’Sullivan believes the recently-knighted former Prime Minister “ruined” Britain, holding him responsible for opening the country’s borders to the world.
But Mr Anisiobi wasn’t too impressed with Mr O’Sullivan’s suggestion that borders should be shut, saying: “What’s wrong with opening borders? We need to open the borders!”
Mr O’Sullivan talked up border closures, saying that it backfired on US President Joe Biden.
He said: “Why would you open the borders?

“Joe Biden has opened the borders between America and Mexico and it’s a humanitarian crisis. People are dying there!”
But Mr Anisiobi, who branded Mr Johnson “a clown” on Twitter yesterday, stressed that being an island gives Britain a great advantage.
He said: “Listen, we are on an island. We can open borders and still control who comes in and out!”
A remark to which Mr O’Sullivan did not take too kindly, replying: “No, we can’t do it now [because] we haven’t got open borders!”. He went onto refer to Mr Blair as a “complete disaster”.

Mr Anisiobi raved about Mr Blair, emphasising there must be “a reason” why he has been knighted in the first place, suggesting Mr Johnson is clearly out of his depth.
He said: “Tony Blair is the greatest Prime Minister this country has ever had.
“He is a Sir Tony and there is a reason why he is a Sir!
“Bojo will become a Sir eventually even if he doesn’t deserve it. Would you rather have that clown Bojo in charge? Look at the state of the country now.”

For Mr O’Sullivan it would be a no brainer if he had to choose, declaring: “I’d much rather have Boris Johnson!”
But Mr Anisiobi accused him of “hating Labour”, saying that Britain’s current Prime Minister can learn a thing or two from Mr Blair in areas such as education.
He said: “More academies, more people in university, more education for the youth!”
But Mr O’Sullivan refused to change his stance, saying: “We should have less, fewer people in universities because it’s a disaster!
“You haven’t thought any of this stuff through.”
