Meghan Markle and Prince Harry released two new pictures of their two-month-old son Archie Harrison on Saturday, to mark his christening. The new images came almost two months after the world caught its first glimpse of the seventh-in-line to the throne during a photocall on May 8. Back then, Archie was just two days old and was well hidden in the arms of his dad, Prince Harry.

The Sussexes has since released another photo of their son on their official Instagram account @SussexRoyal.

But the photo still managed to hide some of Archie’s features by having a sepia filter added before publishing.

Therefore, Saturday’s photos caused frenzy online as royal watchers finally got to see some clear images of little Archie.

But the images have also led to a huge divide over whether he looks more like his dad Harry or mum Meghan.

Who does Archie look like?

There is a huge divide as to who little Archie looks like, with fans unable to decide if he resembles Meghan or Harry.

Some have claimed the Queen’s great-grandson is “the spitting image” of his dad, convinced he has Harry’s ginger locks.

One tweeted: “It could be my eyes but the more I look at Archie, he appears to be a ginger.”

Another wrote: “Archie is so beautiful and cute. I see he got his dad’s ginger hair.”

While a third agreed: “Archie is ginger like daddy.”

However others are adamant Archie looks more similar to his mother.

One excited Twitter user said: “He looks just like his momma.”

Another fan said on Instagram: “He’s such a cutie!!! Looks a lot like Meghan too!!”

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex shared two snaps of their son from his christening on Saturday.

In the first photo, which had a black and white filter, Meghan cradles Archie as Harry puts his arm around the pair.

The snap was taken at Windsor Castle with the Rose Garden in the background.

The second image is a family portrait of the family-of-three alongside Harry’s dad Prince Charles, Camilla, the Duchess of Cornwall, Harry’s brother Prince William and wife Kate, Meghan’s mother Doria Ragland, and the sisters of Harry’s late mother Diana, Lady Jane Fellowes and Lady Sarah McCorquodale.

The stunning picture was taken by Chris Allerton in the Green Drawing Room at Windsor Castle.
