Breakfast, it's the most important meal of the day and Asda has just released a new style of crumpet that is sure to make your breakfast magical.

The unicorn crumpets are sure to be a huge hit with kids, and adults a like.

Asda recommends pairing them with raspberry jam for a  'magical breakfast', which we think sounds delicious – and they'll only set you back a £1, for a pack of four.

They've already been a huge hit with shoppers too, with one fan saying "Cutest breakfast in the morning sorted" on Asda's Facebook group.

They are available online and in store now.

Asda has announced a number of food trends this summer, and unicorn crumpets is just the start.

Recently they launched  'Donut Beef Burgers'  aimed at shoppers to fill with fabulous flavour combinations such as pulled pork or cheddar, or eggs.

Whilst most diners will be used to their burger being topped with delicious flavours, filling  the burger donut  style is a relatively new concept, and we're not sure what to think.

The new donut burgers come in 280g packs of two for £1.97 and are available in store and  online here.
