WWE Hall of Famer Tammy Lynn Sytch has been handed a pre-trial hearing date of January 12, 2023.

It comes after Tammy received multiple charges in relation to the death of a 75-year-old man during a traffic incident in Ormond Beach, Florida in March.

The OnlyFans star was arrested in May and charged with one count of driving under the influence causing death, one count of causing death while operating a vehicle with a suspended or revoked driver's licence, four counts of driving under the influence causing injury to a person, and three counts of driving under the influence causing damage to property.

The 50-year old had requested the hearing be pushed back to February, but this was thrown out by a Florida court.

According to court documents, four police officers who were engaged in her case reportedly had their depositions taken on November 15.

The family of deceased Julian Lasseter, meanwhile, has also filed a civil lawsuit against Tammy and her fiancé James Pente, 41.

Better known as 'Sunny', Tammy was found to have been three-and-a-half times over the legal alcohol limit, but coughed up the £185,800 bond fee which saw her released from custody.

Mr Lasseter was in his 2013 Kia Sorento when Tammy's 2012 Mercedes collided with it from behind, sending both of them to hospital.

He tragically died the same day.

In May, Tammy appeared in court where prosecutors referenced her previous driving under influence convictions and labelled her a "threat to the community".

The judge agreed and revoked her bond meaning she had to be held in custody until the trial.

The court also heard she had previously been found guilty of two further driving under the influence charges in 2015 in Pennsylvania, and had since violated probation.

The state also alleged that her license was suspended.

Tammy shot to fame during her WWE tenure between 1995 and 1998.

She was inducted into the wrestling franchise's Hall of Fame in 2011.
