Worker dies at Morrisons warehouse after being 'crushed' | The Sun
A WORKER has died at a Morrisons warehouse following reports of a "structural collapse" this morning.
Emergency services rushed to the scene in Wakefield, West Yorkshire, just after 10am.
Paramedics desperately tried to save the man – a contract worker at the site – but he tragically died at the scene.
A cordon has been put in place at the warehouse as cops launch a probe into his death.
Reports claim the man died after a "structure collapsed on top of him".
The man's death is being treated as an industrial accident, West Yorkshire Police confirmed.

A force spokeswoman said: "At 10.20am today police were contacted by the ambulance service who were attending an incident at the Morrisons Warehouse in Wakefield 41 Business Park, on Kenmore Road.
"A man had been seriously injured while working at the site as a contractor.
"He was pronounced deceased at the scene a short time later.
"A scene has been put in place while enquiries are carried out into the circumstances.

"The Coroner’s Office has been informed.
"The incident is being treated as an industrial accident and officers are liaising with the Health and Safety Executive."
Morrisons has been approached for comment.
