Wetherspoons to sell 99p beers from November as pub prices slashed across UK

Wetherspoons has announced that 99p beers will be available across the majority of its pubs as price cuts are revealed.

The popular pub chain which is known for its cheap drinks will be even cheaper from November as a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks will have their prices slashed.

According to the Sun, all of 'Spoons' will be lowering prices, but the discounts you can get vary from branch to branch.

But the majority will be selling pale ale, Beck's bottles and whiskey measures for just 99p.

In 671 pubs across the UK, pints of Ruddles Best (or Greene King IPA in some pubs), bottles of Beck's, and a 25ml measure of Bell's whiskey including a mixer will also be 99p.

A pint of real ale will be available for £1.10 at 99 other pubs.

A Gordon's 25ml gin measure will be just £1.99, including a mixer, and a glass of Coldwater Creek wine will cost £1.69 for a 175ml glass, at 770 pubs across the country.

But if wine is more your style, a bottle of Hardys – either Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Shiraz, Rose – will go down easy for £6.99.
