Scaramucci shreds President Trump and ‘the bed of nails’ he has made
Today’s woke version of the Mooch has changed a lot from the Trump-loving Mooch that the president roasted in this Tuesday night tweet:
And in return…
As the battle between the two rages on across TwitterTWTR, +1.50% , Anthony Scaramucci took his bashing to the pages of the Washington Post:
Scaramucci says he’s not seeking absolution for previously being a Trump fanboy. “I just want to be part of the solution,” said Scaramucci, who was fired in July 2017 after less than two weeks on the job as White House communications director.
“My public praise of the man was over the top at times, but my private estimation of him was more measured. I thought Trump, despite his warts, could bring a pragmatic, entrepreneurial approach to the Oval Office,” he continued, adding that he had figured he could serve the president by counteracting far-right voices in the administration.
Scaramucci laid out several key moments that ultimately caused the rift between the two, including the neo-Nazi march in Charlottesville, Trump’s policies at the border and his controversial “go back” treatment of the four congresswomen.
“I broke from Trump because not only has his behavior become more erratic and his rhetoric more inflammatory, but also because, like all demagogues, he is incapable of handling constructive criticism,” he wrote.” As we lie on the bed of nails Trump has made, it’s often difficult to see how much the paradigm of acceptable conduct has shifted.”

Disney, Eddie Bauer Recall Baby Sleepers Over Safety Risk
NEW YORK (AP) — About 24,000 Disney and Eddie Bauer baby sleepers are being recalled on concerns that infants could roll over and suffocate on them.
No injuries were reported for the sleepers, but similar ones by other brands have been linked to deaths after infants rolled over from their backs while unrestrained. In April, Fisher-Price recalled 4.7 million infant sleepers after more than 30 babies died in them over a 10-year period.
The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission says anyone who owns the Disney and Eddie Bauer sleepers, which were both made by Dorel Juvenile Group, should stop using them and reach out to Dorel for a refund.
Both were sold for $60 at Target, Kmart and other stores nationwide from November 2014 to February 2017.
