Ukraine breaks through enemy lines as Putin’s ‘worst case scenario’ comes true
Russia’s Yevgeny Prigozhin, the boss of the Wagner mercenary organisation has openly admitted that Ukrainian troops have made signification gains against Russian positions near Bakhmut, describing the frontline situation as the “worst predicted scenario” from Putin’s troops.
In a video message, the mercenary leader also made fun of Sergei Shoigu, the defence minister for the Kremlin, while acknowledging that the situation on the flanks is worse than expected.
Prigozhin said: “The situation on the flanks is shaping up according to the worst predicted scenario.”
