Donald Trump’s fourth child, Tiffany, took a break from her Miami birthday celebrations to attend her father’s town hall event. Last week, the US President sparred against NBC’s Savannah Guthrie during the contentious NBC News interview. As his political opponent, the Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden, spoke on ABC during a similar event in Philadelphia, Mr Trump struggled to answer questions about coronavirus testing, his taxes, his debt and a host of other issues.

Several people from Mr Trump’s inner circle attended the last-minute event at Pérez Art Museum Miami, including his youngest daughter, Tiffany, who was spotted in the crowd.

Tiffany was already in The Magic City, partying with friends for her 27th birthday.

A few days before, she hosted a “Trump Pride” event in Tampa, Florida, in an effort to court LGBTQ voters in the area.

Mr Trump’s fourth child seems much more involved in the presidential campaign than she was four years ago.

Tiffany has often been less visible than Mr Trump’s other children.

For this reason, she has sometimes been referred to as his “forgotten daughter”.

Calling in to speak to Fox And Friends on election day in 2016, Mr Trump even said he was proud of Tiffany to “a lesser extent” than his other adult children, Donald Jr, Ivanka and Eric.

In the throwback interview, he said: “I’m very proud of my children.

“I mean, I’m just looking at them right now, as an example for your show.

“But I’m very proud, because Don and Eric and Ivanka – you know, to a lesser extent because she just got out of school, out of college – but, uh, Tiffany, who has also been so terrific.

“They work so hard.”

Tiffany, a University of Pennsylvania graduate, is the only child of Mr Trump and second wife Marla Maples.

She was named after Tiffany & Company; her father purchased the air rights above the Fifth Avenue jewellery store in the Eighties while building Trump Tower next door.

Her parents divorced in 1999 after being separated for two years.

She was raised by her mother in California and had a fairly decadent childhood in her time spent between her family’s New York and Florida properties, even taking over part of the Trump Mar-a-Lago resort for a Titanic-themed fifth birthday party.

Tiffany has gradually become a socialite in her own right after appearing at fashion and art events around New York City.

Though she has largely kept a distance from Mr Trump’s years in office, Tiffany has joined her siblings at official appearances, including the White House Christmas Tree lighting ceremony.
