Synchronised cyclists rehearsing wheelie ‘dance’ spin round eachother

Look, no hands! Synchronised cycling champions spin around each other as they rehearse stunning wheelie ‘dance’

This amazing video shows a synchronised cycling team in action as they perform a wheelie ‘dance’ together.

The all-female group, named 4er Kunstrad Sirnach and from Switzerland, are first shown holding hands to support each other in a small circle. 

All of them are balancing on only their back wheel as they then throw out their arms and intricately move between each other. 




Footage shows the all-female Swiss cycling team, 4er Kunstrad Sirnach, in training. They peform an intricate wheelie ‘dance’ routine and start off by manoeuvring around one member of their group 


They then fan out and perform more solo moves, using their arms for balance

 Listed on their Facebook page are numerous awards, including a world record for ‘artistic cycling’.

And the four-person group put their skills to very good use as they fan out into a line, cycling backwards and forwards and spin around in circles. 

But while an ordinary person would quickly get dizzy and fall to the floor, the girls make it look easy and they keep the momentum going. 


The girls then split off into pairs and switch between pedaling forwards and backwards to keep up momentum. At no point do they look like they are going to fall or get succumb to dizziness

As their routine progresses, they split off into pairs and hold each other for balance before pushing away to do solo moves. 

They move between pedaling backwards and then forwards again to keep momentum, doing ever more intricate moves.  

And their many hours of work pays off as they get through the rest of the routine unscathed.
