Celebrating his reinstatement, Ranil Wickremesinghe addresses a victory rally in Colombo.

The reinstated Prime Minister of Sri Lanka, Ranil Wickremesinghe, has said his United National Party will form new political alliances to safeguard the country against corruption.

Addressing tens of thousands of supporters at a victory rally, Wickremesinghe thanked those who stood by him during the recent political crisis lasting 51 days.
