THIS is the shocking moment a thug rips a seagull's head off in front of his laughing pals.

The yob even presents the bird's body after the sickening act, as his friends film.

The disturbing footage shows the man rummaging in a bush before picking up the bird and swinging it around until its head falls off.

He approaches the camera and opens its beak while the person filming hysterically laughs and asks: "Is that it's head?"

The Snapchat clip, captioned "nerver (sic) fu**al normal jay gettin his dinner", has been shared with the RSPCA.

The animal charity has launched an appeal and urged anyone with information to get in touch.
