SATELLITE pictures have unveiled the sheer scale of Israel’s bombardments on the Gaza Strip with the help of high tech AI analysis.

Countless missiles and bombs have struck the enclave since Israel vowed to crush Hamas in revenge for the October 7 massacre, which has left around 1,400 Israelis dead.

Israel’s defence minister Yoav Gallant vowed to “wipe Gaza off face of the earth” in wake of the surprise attack.

He ordered his air force to unleash hell after hordes of Hamas terrorists breached the border fence and butchered children, civilians and soldiers in the worst single attack in Israel’s modern history.

Furious Gallant raged: “We are fighting human animals and we are acting accordingly.”

Now, The Sun has obtained satellite data that shows the scale of Israel’s blitz in the last two weeks.

High-tech “change detection” software analysed satellite pictures before and Hamas launched its attack.

It showed a massive focus on northern Gaza – where more than a million people were ordered to “flee or die” by Israel’s PM Netanyahu.

The software used to analyse the area focuses on buildings and ignores changes in roads, rivers, lakes, car parks and fields which are “naturally areas that change over time”.

The data was captured by a Copernicus Sentinel-1 satellite that flew over Gaza on September 18, prior to the conflict, and again ten days after the war began.

Mass areas of destruction can be seen in the northern area of Gaza, nearby Gaza City – which has a population of more than 500,000.

The analysis shared with The Sun was produced by the Paris-based Masae Analytics.

Even as Israel continues its focus on northern Gaza, the southern border crossing at Rafah, near Egypt, and the so-called “safe zone” for civilians in Khan Yunis have continued to be bombed.

Hamas officials who rule Gaza said more than 4,000 Palestinians have been killed by Israeli airstrikes, though this has not been verified.

It comes as today, a US Navy warship fired what are believed to be America’s first shots in defence of Israel – downing cruise missiles fired by Iran-backed forces in Yemen.

Officials said the USS Carney, operating in the Red Sea, intercepted drones and missiles launched by the Houthi rebels potentially towards targets in Israel.

And US President Joe Biden warned Israel not to be "consumed by rage" and he pressured Netanyahu to lift its siege of the Gaza strip to let life-saving aid reach civilians.

Prime Minister Rishi Sunak also urged Israel to let in aid but humanitarian convoys have stalled.

The United Nations have continued to warn that the situation in Gaza is “spiralling out of control”.

And the five key objectives Israel hopes to achieve by invading Palestine have been revealed, as the country plans to storm the "terror nest" soon.

Israel has already massed tanks, called up 360,000 troops early this morning, and evacuated its own civilians from the border area.

And evidence of Hamas militants taking Captagon pills before their ruthless October 7 music festival massacre has also emerged.

The Israeli news site, Channel 12, reported that the illicit substance had been seized from Hamas prisoners and discovered with the bodies of slain fighters.
