The Big Apple will be roasting throughout the week thanks to a heat wave coupled with unrelenting humidity — which could bring real-feel temps soaring to 105, forecasters warned Sunday.

The temperature Monday through Wednesday is expected to reach the low 90s but could feel much higher, up to 105, because of the humidity, Accuweather meteorologist Danielle Knittle told The Post.

“Unfortunately, the humidity is going to be very high during the course of those three days, and really, we’re going to be feeling that mugginess until the end of the week,” she said.

Things will get “very uncomfortable,” the expert said.

“When you walk outside, you kind of feel that dampness and moisture immediately on your skin.

“There’s no relief when you go outside and you get hit by the sunshine. Combined by that moisture, it’s very uncomfortable. It’s really muggy,” Knittle said.

Then a local slow-moving storm “will keep the humidity around” as it arrives Thursday and lingers, she said.

“It’ll take some time or so into next weekend [to get relief],” Knittle said. “We’ll likely see a little bit of dip in that humidity for both Saturday and Sunday.”

Knittle said New Yorkers should be prepared to crank up their air-conditioning — or take measures to stay cool if they’re going to be outside — during the heat wave.

“Certainly wear lighter-color clothing that will help to deflect some of that heat,” Knittle said. “Stay hydrated. If you’re going to be outdoors, take frequent breaks if you can.”
