Private detective who probes online child grooming VANISHES after not making it home
Jacqueline O’Connell has not been seen since 2pm on Saturday after not coming home from work.
Police have issued an appeal for information – describing her disappearance as “extremely out of character”.
The 41-year-old has not made contact with friends or family after leaving home in Ibstock, Leics.
Her company, JCL Investigations Services, offers lie detector tests, surveillance and spying equipment.
She claims to have worked on cases on online child grooming – and but specialises in catching cheats with “honey traps”.
“We’re currently searching for a missing woman named Jacqueline O’Connell.”

The JCL website also lists mystery shopping, pet tracking, child maintenance fraud and nanny cam installation as part of its range of services.
West Midlands Police yesterday issued an urgent appeal for information about her whereabouts.
It is believed that she was travelling to the Bell Green area of Coventry or to Birmingham when she vanished, a police statement said.
Her page on Facebook said she had been serving eviction and divorce documents on Friday.
Ms O’Connell is described as white, with shoulder length blonde hair and a medium build.
She was last seen wearing a black cardigan, black leggings and black high heel shoes.
Her page on Facebook says she gives a “unique approach to modern investigations”.
Posts reveal she had been working to catch “online predators” and always “prioritises cases involving children”.
A West Midlands Police spokesperson said: “We’re currently searching for a missing woman named Jacqueline O’Connell.
“Jacqueline, aged 41, has not been seen or heard from since 2pm yesterday afternoon (30 March).
“She did not return home from work, and hasn’t been in contact with friends or family to say where she is.
“This is extremely out of character.
“Jacqueline, who is from Ibstock in Leicestershire, works in the West Midlands and could be in the Bell Green area of Coventry or Birmingham.”
