Princess Diana would have supported Harry’s decision to write memoir, claims pal
The late Princess Diana would have written her own tell-all memoir just like her son The Duke of Sussex, claims her former voice coach.
Prince Harry is set to release a book next year that will give readers an "accurate and wholly truthful" first-hand account of his life, following his and Meghan Markle's controversial move across the pond and departure from Royal life last year.
Now, the close friend and voice coach of Princess Diana, Stewart Pearce, said she would have also written a memoir had she not tragically passed away following a car accident in 1997 aged just 36.
He told The Sun: "Diana's life and purpose were committed to complete transparency, and so I'm sure she would have written her autobiography full of all the many things she learned from her experiences within the Royal Family, and beyond."
Since moving to California, Harry and Meghan chose to sit down with American TV host Oprah Winfrey and give a bombshell interview about their life inside The Firm, even claiming that a member of the Royal Family had made comments on the colour of Archie's skin.

The televised interview echoed Diana's own tell-all chat on the BBC's Panorama in 1995, where she opened up about the breakdown of her marriage to Prince Charles.
Stewart said Harry's decision to write a tell-all book highlights that he has inherited his mother's bravery.
He said: "I feel that what Diana was doing was providing transparency about what she was experiencing at that time, which shocked the world, you know there were three people in this marriage…

"The changes that she was trying to bring to monarchy, which indeed is something that she really did both when she was alive and also now when she is in death.
"What Harry is doing is going on a stage further and not just revealing what took place, but providing causative information about why treachery took place."
Harry has said that his book – which is set to be released in 2022 with the proceeds reportedly going to charity – will be written "not as the prince I was born but as the man I have become".
