Met Police officers got involved in a friendly snowball fight with members of the community after London was blanketed in six inches of snow. 

An online prankster recorded himself sprinkling snow down the back of a police officer, who was busy crafting a snowball himself, on Sunday night outside a block of flats.

The TikTok, uploaded by Abdur Siza, received praise from commentators for showing a strong bond between the local police and their community.

The video shows one officer smiling as a cold snowball is again crumbled over his neck and goes down his back, as Abdur says ‘I’m sorry mate, I love you’ and laughs out loud.

They were in good spirits despite the cold weather, which has lead to travel chaos and thousands of schools closing.

The pair share a fist bump before the video cuts to clips of Abdur throwing snowballs at two officers.

The video shows the officers throwing snowballs across the road from their parked car at an unknown target.

The clip ends with one officer scraping of snow from the roof of his parked police car to create another snow ball. 

The video received a positive reaction in the comments, with many sharing their positive feelings towards the wholesome interaction.

TikTok user DiamondRoPlayz said: ‘W feds, other feds would instantly arrest you with aggression.’
