The kitchen has a large oven, finished kitchen tops and a all-in-one tap. It also has several cupboards and shelves that can be used to store your plates and shopping. While outside, the modern flat also had tree-lined roads and is situated close-by ‘impressive’ detached and semi-detached villas, according to the estate agents Foxtons
Foxtons estate agent say the bathroom has been ‘beautifully’ decorated. Both the sink and walls appear to have a marble effect which enhances the period features that pepper the property in Cambridge Gardens
The situation of every increasing prices also seems to be getting worse. In the last 12 months, the average price of flats in Kensington, which is home to approximately 150,000 people, reached a staggering £1,334,573 according to Zoopla.
That is roughly five times more expensive than flats sold in Croydon – one of the cheapest areas to live in London where the average flat costs £266,217.
Recently, it was revealed that Croydon is also home to the cheapest street in London where people can get their hands on a property for just over £100,000 on average.
