My daughter was murdered by butcher – he was jailed for 27 years but should be behind bars for LIFE like Wayne Couzens | The Sun
LIBBY Squire’s mum is calling for her daughter’s killer to be sentenced to life behind bar like Wayne Couzens.
Sex predator Pawel Relowicz was jailed for just 27 years after he raped and murdered Libby before dumping her in a river.
Pawel Relowicz, 26, was prowling the streets looking for a victim when he came across the "extremely vulnerable" student, 21.
Before the brutal murder, the 26-year-old was already known to lurk in the shadows and perform perverted sex acts on himself just metres from young students in Hull.
He would also violate people's homes and steal intimate items – including underwear and sex toys.
Similarly a court this week heard how CCTV captured Wayne Couzens driving into a McDonald's where he flashed staff days before Sarah Everard's murder.

The sick former cop, 50, was seen pulling into the drive-thru in Swanley, Kent, three days before he abducted, raped and murdered Sarah.
However, unlike Pawel, Couzens was hit with a whole life sentence.
Now Libby’s mum, Lisa, is calling for the same punishment to be slapped on Relowicz.
Speaking to Good Morning Britain she said: “He got life with a minimum of 27 years. I want that to be changed.

“They committed the same crimes – so why haven’t they had the same punishment?
“Relowicz was 24 when he killed Libby. He’ll be in his 50s when he gets out. He will do it again.”
Around 70 criminals are serving a whole life order in the UK.
The severe sentence is the harshest a judge can impose and means they will never be considered for release unless in exceptional circumstances.
They can only be issued to those who committed their crimes when they were over the age of 21.
Milly Dowler's killer Levi Bellfield is thought to be the only criminal in UK legal history to be serving two whole life orders – for her murder, the killings of Marsha McDonnell and Amelie Delagrange as well as the attempted murder of Kate Sheedy.
