Joys of motherhood! Mum’s shocked reaction as wide-eyed baby ‘poo-bombs’ her video

  • Serena Nicholls was filming when baby Callie let rip and had a ‘poo explosion’
  • Seven-month-old baby let rip twice before revealing a yellow stain, in Newbury
  • Serena says it shows ‘what it’s like to be a mum’ and ‘doesn’t focus on good bits’

A mother-of-two has captured the hilarious moment her baby ‘poo bombs’ her Instagram story.

Serena Nicholls, 24, was filming when daughter Callie Rolls looks up and let rip in their home in Newbury, Berkshire.

In the video, Serena is seen talking to her Instagram followers before a noise erupts from her little tot. Callie looks down at her hands and then holds a hard gaze with the camera as another noise escapes.

Serena shouts ‘oh my god, no’ in horror as she peers back to see a ‘bit of a poo explosion’ has shot up Callie’s back.

Sarah was left gobsmacked as her seven-month-old baby Callie let rip twice and managed to maintain a hard stare at their home in Newbury, West Berkshire. She says the clip shows ‘what it’s like to be a mum’ as social media tends to focus on ‘the good bits’

The seven-month-old baby, who is sitting intently on her lap, looks embarrassed as though she knows what has happened.

Moments later, the camera reveals a big yellow stain on the back of Callie’s onesie – forcing Serena to chuck it in the bin.

She asked: ‘How did I not realise this was the buildup? Her little face, she just stares.

Serena says it was ‘definitely a big’ accident as the poo shot up her baby’s back. She held her little tot for a five minute ‘messy job’and let the the poo ‘just drop off onto the mat’

‘She’s quite a serious baby so she’ll watch and just stare. As I was recording she was just concentrating and she looks up like, oops.’

Serena says ‘people will come up to [Callie] to say hi and she’ll just stare at them’

Callie made ‘little grunting noises’ as part of a ‘massive build up’ before she ‘decided to follow through’.

Serena said the clip shows ‘what it’s like to be a mum’ as people tend to only see ‘the good bits’ on social media.

‘I find a lot of the posts that people relate to are the ones that are more real.’

She added: ‘I’ve done so many stories and some of them I can’t watch back because I get embarrassed, but this one I don’t care. I know it’s real and people find it funny.’

‘She’s a very observant baby. It’s funny because most days she will be in the buggy and will be watching everyone. People will come up to her to say hi and she’ll just stare at them.’

The little girl is ‘quite a serious baby so she’ll watch and just stare’ and simply looked up with an ‘oops’ expression during the video
