THIS is the shocking moment a female boxer battered a yob who poured beer over her head in retaliation for her rejecting him.

Dramatic footage shows Pareploy Saeaia, 25, launch a furious attack on Chainarong Mareejan, 35, as she repeatedly fly-kicked him outside a bar in Bangkok, Thailand.

Chainarong had asked for Pareploy's number after they chatted in the early hours of Sunday morning – but she declined to give him her number.

CCTV shows spurned Chainarong casually walk over to where Pareploy is sitting before emptying a pint over her head and throwing the cup behind him.

But Chainarong was unaware that Pareploy had been taking part in notoriously tough Muay Thai fights since she was 13 – winning dozens of professional national competitions.

Enraged Pareploy leapt up from her seat as she yelled at Chainarong to fight her "if you're so tough".

As he walked away, she angrily pummeled him with several fly kicks at his legs and punches before being held back by friends during the scuffle.

After footage of the incident emerged, Chainarong was sacked by his employer, the five-star Swissotel – while police became involved and fined both of them.

Cops forced the pair to apologise to each other and fined them £22 (1,000 baht) each – but Pareploy insists she was defending herself.

Pareploy said: "I was angry because he assaulted me by pouring his drink on my head.

"Nobody has the right to humiliate me, or anybody else, like that. I was defending myself. But then I lost control of my emotions."

Chainarong was sacked from his job at the prestigious hotel in the Ratchada area of the city and has apologised for the incident.

He said: "I should not have done that to the girl. It caused the confrontation so I'm sorry for that. I regret what has happened."

The Swissotel Bangkok Ratchada said in a statement: "We don't support the actions that were seen in the video. He is no longer our employee and we have cut all connections with him."

Police in the Huai Khwang district of the city said the case was now closed and no further action was being taken against those involved as they had both accepted the fine and apologised to each other.
