In a bid to avoid the natural ageing process, porn icon Mia Khalifa, has undergone a brutal lobotomy process, which she claims isn't even legal in most competitive sports.

The Lebanese-American adult entertainer entered the social sphere nine years ago, when she caused mass controversy by engaging in a threesome while wearing a Hijab.

Unsurprisingly, due to the nature of what some would call an 'offensive scene', Khalifa has remained in the public eye. She's since expressed her deepest regret for her actions.

But regardless of her apologies, she's continued to do her utmost to remain relevant, most recently explaining her ruthless anti-ageing regime in great detail.

Taking to Instagram, the 30-year-old deemed it necessary to reveal the process to her followers.

Addressing her 27.6-million-strong army, the pornographic actress posted: "Time for my lobotomy."

She followed this with a video of her blood being drained, while she told the medical expert: "I just thought about fake passing out to prank you."

Khalifa then shared a video of a green Regen Lab piece of machinery, which took her blood and started: "Spinning it to separate the plasma! (This is illegal in most competitive sports)."

Her next update read: "Numbing my face because this hurts."

Evidently in pain, Khalifa lay down as text read: "The yellow syringe is my plasma! And the machine is digging thousands of holes into my skin. Putting your plasma back into your skin encourages cell proliferation and collagen production – but it hurts."

She concluded with a video of her bright red face, which she captioned: "I'll look like this for about 3-4 days, and then I'll look like a fetus for four months."

From her story, it looks like Khalifa is very happy with how everything went.
