Man, 50, appears in court charged with attempting to murder teen, 19, in far-right 'terror attack' in Tesco car park
A MAN has appeared in court charged with the attempted murder of a 19-year-old in a far-right "terror attack" in a Tesco car park.
Vincent Fuller, 50, was also charged with possessing a knife and was accused of attacking one of his neighbours earlier that evening, as well as hitting cars with a baseball bat.
Fuller appeared at Westminster Magistrates' Court in Central London to answer the charges.
Police were called to the village, which is near Heathrow Airport, at around 10.30pm last Saturday, March 16.
Armed police attended and detained a man an hour later in nearby Town Lane.
Terror cops said the stabbed man was from southern Europe and believe his ethnicity was a motivation for the attack.
He was released from hospital on Monday after having an operation on his badly injured hands, police said.
Fuller is charged with causing racially aggravated fear or provocation of violence over an alleged incident with his neighbour.
He also faces charges of affray and possessing an offensive weapon after being accused of using a baseball bat to indiscriminately attack occupied cars.
Surrey Police are treating it "as a terrorism case".
